We come together the second and fourth Sundays of each month to be fully present to the sacred and to each other. Each time we gather we take time to acknowledge the presence of God in our midst (through centering prayer, silence or a guided meditation), to engage in the sacred texts (most frequently found in the lectionary), to enjoy music and to share a meal together.
We actively engage in conversation, prayer and eating most Sundays as this is our communion. We listen to each other from places of mutual respect and trust. We seek out robust theological education and enquiry. We struggle together over what it means to be Christian in today’s world. We strive together to make our community and wherever possible our city and world a better place.
What we do best is laugh and love.
